Services in this category
This page brings together related work so the full concern can be discussed:
- Sewer Cleaning
- Sewer Repair
- Sewer Service
- Sewer Backup Service
- Sewer Camera Inspection
A service label helps route the request, but it does not establish the cause. Explain the problem in your own words and include related symptoms, even when they seem to involve another part of the property.
Planning the assessment
Record where the backup was first noticed and what fixtures were operating. If inspection recordings or repair notes exist, mention them when arranging service. Ask what a proposed camera visit can see, whether clearing is needed first and what would require a separate repair agreement. Access limitations and line conditions should be explained alongside the findings.
Are inspection, cleaning and repair one service?
They have different purposes. Inspection gathers information, cleaning addresses an obstruction and repair addresses damaged plumbing. Confirm which tasks are proposed and how additional work is approved.
Before work is agreed
Ask how the findings will be explained, what is covered by the assessment and which decisions need your approval. If access or additional work becomes necessary, discuss those responsibilities before assuming they are included in the original request.
